Matteo Ruozzo

Senior Quantitative Investment Strategist

Matteo joined 7IM in July 2024 as a Senior Quantitative Investment Strategist. He was previously at BlackRock, where he began his career and spent eight years in the Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions team.

In his last role, Matteo was a quantitative researcher and portfolio manager in the Model Portfolios team. Matteo also worked as an Investment Strategist on the Pensions fiduciary management team.

He has a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a Bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from the University of Amsterdam.

In his free time, Matteo loves combining his passion for road cycling and running with his interest in travelling, always on the lookout for new destinations to explore.
