Hybrid and Flexible Working
Our hybrid working culture offers the ability to embrace a work-life balance, allowing you to collaborate and connect in the office or to enjoy focused work from the comfort of your home. We also offer a range of more formal flexible working options to suit the needs of our colleagues.
Money Protection
Pension Contributions
Staff have the option to pay into either an Aviva GPP or a 7IM SIPP. 7IM pay a contribution via a salary exchange scheme - staff exchange either 1.5 %/ 2% of their salary and 7IM will contribute 7.5% / 8% to the pension.

We offer enhanced parental leave for all new parents, including adoption, maternity, paternity and shared parental leave. Colleagues who have reached one year's service are entitled to 26 weeks of maternity leave at full pay and then 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP). Paternity leave is paid at three weeks' full pay for staff with no eligibility requirement.
Invest
Discretionary Bonus
To reward exceptional performance and contribution to the business, staff who have passed probation are eligible for our annual discretionary bonus, dependent on 7IM and individual performance.

Other financial benefits

Competitive Salaries

We carry out annual benchmarking to ensure we pay competitive salaries. Our salaries reflect your experience level and the responsibilities of your role.

Private Medical Insurance

All staff are eligible for Private Medical Insurance for single cover. Our selected policy will disregard your previous medical history. Staff have the option to add dependants for an additional cost to them.

Income Protection

Staff absent from work for 13 weeks continuously can claim under our income protection policy, which pays 70% of the individual's salary until they return to work, die or reach state pension age.

Life Assurance

In the event that a member of staff dies, a lump-sum payment will be made to their nominated beneficiary, equal to four times their salary.

Give As You Earn

We offer the Give As You Earn service to allow colleagues to make regular, easy and tax-effective donations to any UK charitable organisation of their choice, directly from their payroll.

Other health and wellbeing benefits

Employee Assistance Programme

Our staff have access to a 24/7 confidential helpline for support and guidance across a range of personal and work-related issues.

Eye Care

We will contribute up to £25 for a standard eye test annually for all staff. We will also contribute a further £50 towards the cost of glasses required for Visual Display Units (VDU).

Bike2Work

Registering with the Bike2Work scheme saves up to 48% on a new bike and accessories. This scheme allows you to spread the cost of bike equipment and enjoy a healthier lifestyle at the same time.

Volunteer Leave

Each colleague is offered one full day or two half days of volunteer leave a year to encourage involvement in various local, national and international community organisations. Employees can take this benefit individually or as part of their team.

Fertility Leave

We have a fertility leave policy in place to provide essential time off and flexibility for individuals undergoing fertility treatments. We understand the emotional impact of stillbirth and miscarriage, so we provide one week of fully paid leave for both partners in the unfortunate event of a loss before the 24th week of pregnancy.
